A framework is proposed to analyze the different due diligence scenarii (with associated levels of risks) and key principles to avoid falling into the conundrum of “you don’t know what you don’t know” in the due diligence phase.
This chapter used and adapted part of the content from a 15-page article “Are you sure you know enough about due diligence in China?” February 2014. Some practical case studies are also provided as illustrations of actual situations in the full length version downloadable above.
